Getting Naked
Tamra is the undisputed Relationship Queen, having used
herself as a guinea pig to research her second book Getting Naked – The Dating Game.
As this playful peach navigated her way through the
dating landscape of flirtatious flings and romantic rendezvous, Tamra
discovered the importance of developing a really healthy relationship with
herself.
Realising the power self love
and self belief have on the way we live our lives, Tamra founded Getting Naked Pty Ltd,
offering online seminars and playful product lines designed to help
people fill their own personal love tank, so they too could live a happy and
fulfilling life.
The Remarkable Relationships seminar strips
back the layers to reveal childhood scars, so they can be healed in order to
radiate the inner beauty that lies within us all. Repairing the relationship
with YOU is the first step to finding your perfect partner, polishing and
preening your existing relationships, creating that dream job that fills the
purse, while enjoying ravishing health and a life full of growth and adventure.
In creating the Getting Naked concept, Tamra
wanted to stay true to her love of all things vintage, while being an example
to her coaching clients, who she is always encouraging to step out of their
comfort zone. This saw her not only enter, but win the Pin Up competition at
this year’s Garterbelts and Gasoline Festival. She says her comedic housewife
routine was a play on the 40s and 50s era, which promotes the healthy voluptuous
figure.
worked as a newsreader and journalist for ten years, before pursuing her
passion of writing full time. She became an advocate for Lifeline after
the publication of her first book The Upside of Down: A personal journey and
toolkit for overcoming depression and now has her own coaching column in Nature
and Health magazine called ‘Ask Tamra’
